The Town
of Blowing Rock, North Carolina has a permanent year-round population of
approximately 1,425 and is situated along US Highways
321 and 221, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

snow at the highest elevations of Beech, Sugar and
Grandfather Mountains.

around. Hiking, walking trails, mountain biking,
whitewater rafting and horseback riding are great for
spring, summer and fall.
Winter provides snow skiing, snowboarding, tubing,

then Blowing Rock will please you. Quaint shops,

shows and festivals like Art in the Park are happening
all of the time.
